Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the CARL Assessor App. By using the app you agree to these terms. This is a draft; the final counsel-reviewed version will replace it before launch.
Permitted use
You may use CARL to assess repositories that you own or have authorization to scan. Submitting unauthorized repositories is prohibited.
Accuracy
CARL reports are generated from deterministic and AI-assisted checks. They reflect observable structure and should be interpreted alongside human judgment.
Intellectual property
The CARL Standard is CC BY 4.0. The assessor code is Apache 2.0. Wentzel.ai retains the CARL brand, wordmark, and associated domains.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms, including accounts that submit other parties' code without authorization.
Disclaimer
The service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We limit our liability to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
